#dough

Mix in a large bowl

3	cup	all purpose flour
1	tsp	salt
1 1/4	tsp	baking powder
1/3	cup	butter ( melted )
1	cup	hot water ( 105 degrees F )

Kneed until the dough starts to come together

Cover with plastic wrap and leave in bowl for 15 mins

tortillas

Cut #dough into pieces

Flatten into 7 inch rounds

Cook in nonstick pan for 30-40 seconds on each side
